A healthy and delicious meal can be cooked in 30 minutes or less. And you don’t have to be a super cook to accomplish that. In addition to exercise there must be a change in your diet. Or else you’ll be a hamster just spinning your wheels and getting no results. Healthy food can be delicious, low in calories and much healthier for your body for the long haul. Not to mention helping you to avoid illness, like high blood pressure, diabetes, etc….it’s a matter of eating fresh fruits, lean meats, and vegetables.
You may be skating by with unhealthy meals but it WILL catch up with you. Being ill takes the joy out of life. Eating healthy prolongs your life, helps you to feel great, ultimately gain control of your diet. Even if your schedule is busy and fast paced you can still make healthier choices, even when eating out. For instance instead of the standard burger and fries, do Panda express, or Souplantation, or baja fresh. You can prepare the same healthy meals at your home for your family.

1. Grilled Chicken and Vegetables
2. Turkey or chicken wraps with salad
3. Pasta Primavera
4. Salmon with mixed veggies. (add any combination of veggie you like)
5. Broiled lemon thyme cod fish with green beans
6. Chicken noodle stir fry with vegetables
7. Shrimp lo mein stir fry with vegetables
8. Delicious lump crab cakes
9. Grilled lamb chops
10. Rib eye salad
