Suffering Hardships

Today I want you to choose joy!  In spite of your circumstances.  As believers you’re going to suffer hardships; loss of job, divorce, family problems, death of a loved one, broken relationships, unexpected issues, and losses.  As Christ had to suffer so shall we.  The bible is clear, John 16:33, “In this world, you will have trouble, but cheer up I have overcome the world.”

Just as Christ has overcome so can we with his help.  “Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.”  That means that the forces that are for us are far greater than the forces against us. 1 Peter 4:12-19, “So Beloved think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing has happened. But rejoice in as much as ye are partakers of Christ suffering, that when his glory shall be revealed, you may be glad also with exceeding joy.”

Our circumstances may not be ideal but have peace in the fact that you are on the winning team my friend!  Romans 8:28,  “We know that all things work together for the good of those that love the Lord and are called according to His purpose!  So it doesn’t matter what it looks like today, God can turn it around!!!!!! and amaze you!

I’ve seen Him do again and again!  So hang in there!  Though weeping may endure for a night, God Help me JOY is coming!!!!!!  I believe that with every fiber in my being!  When God gets ready to bless you there’s no devil in hell that can stop it!  In name of the Father, in name of the Son, in name of the Holy Spirit!!!!  I hope you were encouraged by this, I’m an eternal optimist.  I choose to think positively even in the midst of my unpleasant circumstances.

I just always believe that things will work out and they usually do.  And even if they don’t, life’s too precious and too short to dwell on things I can’t control.  I’ve gotten better with just not worrying about stuff all the time.  Pray about it, do what I can do about it and let God handle the rest.

Like yesterday for example, we had (my husband and I) an unexpected issue come up that was not in our favor, really disappointing.  But by the end of the night he had me laughing hysterically about it!  He can be a very funny guy!  But I need that.  Life’s problems can beat you down if you let it.  But a positive spirit is life and health to the body and laughter is good medicine.  Matthew 9:29,  “So be it unto you according to your faith!”
