The Newness of Life!

Verse of the Day:

Author’s note:

Do you know who you are in Christ?  The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 5:17, “If any man be in Christ he is a new creature the old man has passed away and behold all things have become new!!!”  It is certainly true in my life.  God came in, demolished the old building which was my former life.  In much the same way as contractors.  He came in blew up the old building, it fell to the ground, crushed the remaining pieces, then he sent in a clean up crew to remove and discard any remnants of the former structure.  Next he placed me in a new location on good soil and replanted me.

God formed a new foundation, new structure, providing the scaffolding and started building me brick by brick.  Birth is painful!!!!!  Pain is an indication that birth is getting close!  The faster the pains the closer the birth!  I give all praise, honor and Glory to God for New birth!  Amen!  God is doing something “New” in your life!  Thank God for the Newness of Life!

Smart tip of day: Romans 7:25 says “Remember that it is with the mind that we serve the Lord.”  So the enemy wants to get in your head and tie up your mind with negative thoughts. Your weapon against it is in Phillipians 4:8  “Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things”.  God is simply saying think on what is good!!!  Sure there are some problems, some issues, things that need to be worked out etc…. that’s life and it is not perfect and it’s never going to be.  But as a child of God you can have joy no matter what the circumstances are!

Don’t let circumstances intimidate you.  It doesn’t matter what it looks like when God wants you to win there’s no devil in hell that can stop it!!!!  Glory to God!  “So count it all joy my sisters and brothers knowing that the trying of your faith worketh patience and patients have its perfect work so that you may be complete and lacking nothing!”  Because we know that Romans 8:28 says, “ALL things work together for the good of the those that love the Lord and are called according to his purpose!”  Have a great week! Amen!
